Hey! I will take a look into this when I have a bit of time but to resize art on PS you just need to select "nearest neighbor" first at the box in the tool bar. When you select something to resize you will see the option.
I'll give that a try as well when I get a chance, could really help in the future for sure, for whatever reason though I remember the N.N. option missing from P.S. for whatever reason, maybe it just glitched out or something but anyway, for sure let me know when you get the time next:)
You can find the devblogs on the bottom part of each asset. They should appear just above the comments. About commissions you can read about it, on my carrd, you will find the link in my main page in one of the big buttons.
