Hey! You can try doing these:

1. Try deleting Settings.json file, this should reset the settings and help fixing the problem. You can find it in Aurora's Fog_Data\Saves\Settings\Settings.json

2. Open file Settings.json and find dynResAlgorithm and dynamicResolution values and set the both to 0;

I figured out a way to make it work with Alt+Shift and changing the settings in-game, my computer refuses to see me as Administrator. I just figured I might suggest adding a way to set the resolution before launching the game, like Fallout New Vegas for example.
