I've always kinda wanted to play the original, so seeing this entry was a nice surprise. Feels 1 to 1 with what I imagine the original is like, minus the audio of course. And big props to you for using RGBDS.
You should play it! It’s become one my most favorite games of all time. I’ve put dozens of hours into it just combing for all the secrets. The soundtrack is amazing, too. I’m hoping I can do it justice and actually put in some music for the ROM
