every time we see this issue, it's from not properly extracting the game from the zip folder. Make sure you have extracted the game folder and moved it out of the zip and to somewhere on your machine you have permissions, like the desktop.

Please Google how to extract something from a .zip file as that is standard tech rather than specific to Demon Deals
