It is a bug. Kate has only 9 levels in version 0.19.

Es solo que tengo esa duda anteriormente con un personaje me mostraba un nivel que no tenía y este no me indicaba asi como con kate Igual luego la terminé subiendo Pero no veo cómo subir a Kete
