I was super interested in playing it because initially we had similar idea about a cat sneaking in house for snacks)
Despite being in 3D the game plays very smooth in the browser, the only issue is when some objects drops, game freezes for a second.
Two meters in the bottom corner shows something, but I didn't get what is it or how it affect the game. The tutorial said that some buffs might be helpful, but it's not properly communicated to the player what the buffs.
Would be nice to have a timer that shows time left, without it the pacing for the first round isn't good as you don't feel pressure. For the second run it's better as you know you don't have much time and try to find bones faster, the game is more fun at this point.
Objects breaks way too easily and sometimes it feels impossible to get the bone without breaking something (like bone on the table, didn't get how to get it without dropping a chair.
At the end, then the owner comes, it's a bit disappoint when you loose when the only one thing is broken. It means that when you play in broke something you have to restart to complete the game, and this feedback about failure you only got at the end of run. Would be super cool if you can restore broken item, but it would take time, so it would add more pressure on you, no instant loss.
Also, would be cool to sniff so it gives you a hint where is the closest bone, more feel like you are a dog.
The art is well done, it's simple and stylish, a bit dark for my preference, but it's not bad.
Overall, well done, I enjoyed playing it.
