For the Room crash, here's what you can try:
- Move the DLC file out of the Documents/Renpy_Saves/loveandsexsecondbase..../game.
- Launch the game
- If the game starts, put the DLC file back in Documents/Renpy_Saves/loveandsexsecondbase..../game
