Loved it!!! The music, the feel, the atmosphere. The simple no trouble in movement. This is a great example of a jam game.
What I would suggest: a minimap, maybe to be able to outrun the monster, maybe more than one monster, maybe more than one cookie.
I think further development would make a great, entertaining game.
I felt the fear, lol, made me remember the days when I played Doom :)
