Ah yes, I did not take different resolutions into consideration - a massive oversight! 
The spin is actually intentional but maybe it is too harsh, some angular damping would is a good idea!

You can control rotation in air with Q/E but it only appears on one sign somewhere where you are likely blasting by very quickly, so perhaps a better tutorial would make that more clear. That being said, the rotation being on separate keys does feel a tad clunky - I had it attached to the forward/backward movement keys before, but that led to a lot of unintentional nosedives off of ramps.

Using the movement keys for rotation should work fine as long as you check whether the key was initially pressed in the air. Alternatively you could have one extra key switch between movement and rotation, like "hold spacebar and use WASD to rotate in the air".

Yeah thats a good idea, maybe if I expand on the game in the future I'll implement that
