If she tatses someones blood she can use thier quirk, if she drinks more than 1 leiter of blood than she can use their quirk permanetly. the more quirks she has the worse her mental state becomes, and she had a body count of 500+ at age 14. she got into the hero course by mind control, one of her many stolen quirks, and only All Might knows who she really is
Damn, I can totally see why she would wanna get together with Toga! The both would totally resonate with eachother. You said that her mental state worsens the more quirks she possesses, I am curious if her blood consumption also has negative physical effects or if her body was adjusted to the effects at birth (since, for example, Dabi’s body suffers greatly due to not being able to bear the high-temperature flames).

It doesnt really have negitive effects on her physical state other than the weaknesses of the quirk she is using. take a quirk like vine hair for instance, one she got at the sports festival, its useful and great, but what if someone like Endevor shows up? then shed have to swirch quirks or get burnt. oh btw, she does go to UA, shes like a spy for Shigi (a name she gave him) and the rest of the Leauge
