Cool idea, but the game itself is very difficult. Five attempts, when I was almost at the tower, the glowing "upgrade cube" teleported me to the edge of the map, very RNG.

That wasn't worth the risk if you were that close, that's the core idea of my game, but I should have made it so that those cubes required pressing E to interact, instead of proximity-based pickup.
