In short if you're on Windows, you can explore the game files and search for assets language files. Replace another language like Italian, with English. Then translate this file and test with Italian!
The language files are json, so you would need to translate the right side of the file. It's a lot of lines, so patience and perhaps some ai assisted process can help.
