A gameplay question: when drawing openings for a room, is the number on the die the total amount of exits required (including connecting doors) or the amount of new exits that must be added? Also what happens when a room does not have space to place all exits?

Thanks for the comment and great question!

The number on the die = how many openings come off of the room you are adding, irrespective of how many of these openings connect to previous openings (forming doorways).

Hope this helps. :)
