Hello! Welcome to Feedback Quest 8! My name's Hythrain, a co-host and one of the streamers for this event! This feedback is being written live as I stream your game! If you're interested in seeing my live reaction, let me know and I can send you a link to the VOD once it's posted to YouTube!
So my normal approach for any game in these events is simple: I get the game, make sure it's not a virus, then play it with as little information on how to play as possible. This way, I can judge how intuitively someone can figure out the game. Only if it's obvious that I need to read more will I do so. I note this so you can get a sense where some of these feedback comes from. In addition, I want to note that feedback and rating are different; don't use this feedback to gauge what I'll rate, nor should you view my rating as entirely indicative of my feedback.
Well, I didn't expect that to scare me as much as it did. This game did a good job making me feel tense about doing what were otherwise mundane tasks, which is what horror games need. I like that you didn't make use of jump scares either.
With that said, there are a few areas where I can see improvement. For starters, I recommend adding the ability to change the mouse sensitivity in the options menu. The current sensitivity can be too high for some people, so having a slider to control it would solve this problem. Next, I also recommend allowing the E button to work a bit further away than it does. Right now you have to be very close to objects for it to work, and doors it seems to only work if you're right against them.
Finally, I would recommend adjusting how collision with walls and especially corners work. The way it is now, you lose nearly all of your momentum if you angle too much into a wall. There are many corners where the player can get caught when it feels like they shouldn't. This includes the stairs on the rooftop to the antenna terminals, where despite being the same height of step you can't just go to the second highest step and immediately turn in. Instead, it'd be better if you maintain the majority of your momentum but just were forced to move along the wall until it was clear. That way, you don't get stuck on seemingly small parts.
Also, I noticed a typo in the intro text. You have several [redacted] in it, but one of them is spelled as [redactect]. I'd also recommend removing one of the [redacted] near the end (when it's [redacted] of [redacted]. Just make that whole thing one [redacted]).
