Like I mentioned, its a bug that they can pick things up while inside you since I cheated by turning the NPCs invisible and have them follow you so I didn't have to hold them in memory and remake them if they get coughed up.
Also I swear to mear if the stupid crafting system crashes again QnQ I thought I fixed it a while back T~T

Also another note, the reason the NPCs pick it up is bc that's the item's NPC action, basically what does an NPC do if it encounters it on the ground. Like if you kick a ball at an NPC they'll kick one back. It's supposed to be disabled when they are invisible but it might be another parity error since that seems to be the case sometimes -~-
