I get this whenever I open the game. I don't know what it says, but one option seems to close the window. Also, there seems to be some weird interaction whenever I open the game settings; it seems to immediately disappear, the button goes down, but still eventually opens.
Thank you for letting me know. Following your feedback, I've changed my approach to uploading the game using the itch.io launcher. This should prevent this screen from appearing again. Please try installing it once more.
I've fixed the bug and now discovered another bug and are in the process of fixing it. I can provide a version with the fixes applied within 30 minutes.
