It's throughout the song actually, some of the kicks are a bit early which is off-sync with the bass. But that's usually what happens with swing so there's not a lot to do there unless you sync the instruments or the rhythm.
i didn't have them synced (drums and beats are the hardest part for me)...the bass bit in the middle was played live on the laptop keyboard too X) im sure its off some too. for as bigg as it sounds its a quite simple track.
