Hi KAUTARAMA! Thanks a lot for playing my game! I actually got the idea of walking through the spikes from a Godot 4 tutorial by Mostly Mad Productions on YouTube (In case if you don't know who he is, he basically makes extremely short but very useful tutorials that anyone can use to get game mechanics up and running fast.) called How to Make Unique Spikes in Godot 4, and that's what applied to the core mechanic of the game: walking through the spikes.
Yeah, thanks for commenting on the level design. With how the spikes I implemented them to be pass-through, I got creative and started painting out the tilemaps, and let's just say that there's numerous platforms with spikes right at the end.
Originally, I wanted the tower to be a bit more bigger, with numerous bottomless pits to go along it, but I kept the scope down and made a short but challenging tower for the player to progress.
Also, Owlet and the Biscuit Tower does not have any checkpoints at all, meaning that if you die once, you go all the way back to the bottom of the tower. If you know what you're doing and realize the spikes are pass-through, you should be able to beat it in less than a minute.
Glad you had fun with my game and was worth your time!! 🍪🍪🍪
