Hello! Welcome to Feedback Quest 8! My name's Hythrain, a co-host and one of the streamers for this event! This feedback is being written live as I stream your game! If you're interested in seeing my live reaction, let me know and I can send you a link to the VOD once it's posted to YouTube!

So my normal approach for any game in these events is simple: I get the game, make sure it's not a virus, then play it with as little information on how to play as possible. This way, I can judge how intuitively someone can figure out the game. Only if it's obvious that I need to read more will I do so. I note this so you can get a sense where some of these feedback comes from. In addition, I want to note that feedback and rating are different; don't use this feedback to gauge what I'll rate, nor should you view my rating as entirely indicative of my feedback.

Who would've thought a game about cow herding would be more fun than cow tipping?! Trying to figure out how to solve each stage was a lot of fun. Given the game's design, I have to imagine there must be multiple solutions per puzzle.

One thing I wish was present was the ability to know what each tile did. While some were easy to figure out at a glance (such as the money tiles and the walls), some were less so obvious.

I also wish that cows wouldn't change their behaviour when placing fences down when said fence doesn't affect their old behaviour. I had this happen on the last stage I played, where placing a fence two spots right to where the cows would go caused the path to shift one tile to the right. It was a change that made no sense.

Lastly, it'd be nice to know the pathing the cows will take if they go through a portal. That way, even the portal pathing can be more properly planned ahead from the start.

That all said, I had a lot of fun! :D

I see your points about teaching the various tiles more clearly and better portal pathing indicators. Thanks for the feedback :))
