where do i find the lighter and gift for claire? do i need the gift for the doctor's orders quest?
Claire's gift is her nametag, you get it from fishing the fountain, I believe. The lighter is in the cafe

how do i unlock the cafe? and im missing 2 coins for the fishing but i have all the ghost awards. what am i missing?
