The problem isn't with you, but rather that the volume of people needing support far exceeds the human capacity of the Itch staff. Because of this, they don't usually respond unless necessary.
Payments were getting back to normal until the issue with NSFW games and payment methods arose.
At that point, based on what I read on Discord from people posting support IDs, the staff would be receiving hundreds of requests per hour.
The size of the Itch staff is unknown; however, my impression is that the Itch staff can be counted on one hand. (This is based on the response times I've seen over several years, random comments I've read, and the staff I've seen on Discord, and, above all, on the number of paid games and the percentage of revenue Itch could actually have, which would be the limiting factor when hiring people.)
So no, it's not that you've been banned, it's simply that you're one of many people who needs staff "time," and they simply don't have the resources to handle all of these requests in a timely manner.
