i haven't seen this dialog, but if it is in the game, I don't see the issue. It's just a joke and it isn't even an offensive on at that. I also don't see a reason why you would complain about something most people wouldn't be into. This game has a lot of fetishes, more than most porn games I've seen, but the majority of them appeal to the masses. The dev isn't going to change the whole structure of their game just to please a few people. You're better off looking for a game that already has that built in
I am not really complaining too much it doesn't ruin it for me, I just pointed it out how it surprised me and felt odd because it's a game that advertised identity/customization as a core part of it, so when I initially played I had that expectation cause gender-neutral pronouns lol. Like I understand completely why its not a thing.
