POV: You come back to this game after 5 years

Wow, I am just super impressed on how well this has aged. Considering everything that has happened since the games initial publishing and all the jumps in indie gaming, this game has stood the test of time.

I remember playing this right after entering high-school and now I'm sitting here having just entered my 20's and be it nostalgia or not I just find myself liking the game just as much as I did back then and it seems I'm not alone in this line of thinking. To further this, I've seen that an update has been in the works and is supposedly almost finished (writing wise), potentially bringing in new fans and adding years onto the games lifespan. That being said I can't sing its graces enough, being one of the most unique and unapologetically in your face visual novels I've ever read [and it's free!]. That being said, I just hope any new fans who have recently joined the community enjoy it as much as I have.

To finish this short post out I'll just put down some small thing's I'd like to see as a long time fan :)

1.) Badge System/Reward System for completing routes, endings and actions

2.) More bad ends?

3.) More in-depth looks at Jaylene's own character and abilties.

4.) Additional Secret Routes and the possibility of short one off endings with side characters.

5.) A way to directly support the furthering of the game whether that be through patreon, cash-app, etc.

6.) Community Polls or other ways to directly influence the game in some way!

Hello! It means so much to me to see how much this game has meant to you, and for you and others to keep coming back to it over the years. That  is such high praise! I’ll see what I can do about some of your suggestions, like adding more bad ends or secret routes, though I can’t guarantee anything just yet.

The idea of polls is really fun too. After the release (I’m aiming for Halloween, though life has its way of getting in the way), I might run some feedback polls to see what people liked and what could be improved.

I honestly feel like crying knowing that people would want to support me financially. After the release update, I’m planning on launching a Patreon to help fund the development of Cryptid Courting, my other dating sim, since without some backing I don’t think I’d be able to make it happen. Patreon supporters will get access to things like exclusive art, behind the scenes stuff from both games, and polls where you can vote on which characters I should draw next. None of that content will be posted elsewhere, so it’ll be a special thanks to everyone helping me continue creating. Nothing is finalized yet and I’ll be open to feedback to what people want to see.

I’m also still hoping to eventually make keychains of Monster Sweethearts characters available for purchase, though with tariffs in my country that’s a little tricky right now.

Overall thank you for the support! It means the world to me! I appreciate everyone who’s played, commented or even created fan content, that I hope to give y’all even more stuff to look forward to.

I 100% agree with the guy above that a patreon would be an amazing idea, I know I for one (and many others I'm sure) would support you in an instant
