I wasn't able to figure out how to dip to progress that well (to make the children happy), it just kept clipping to the sides and what not. I'm not sure if it's a me thing or not, very charming visuals and audio regardless!
You should keep the biscuit inside for the maximum specified time, not more. Try to hold it close to max dip time as much as possible. And your hands are shaky so you need to avoid this shake attacks so don't collide with the cup.
