hey guys, great job on the jam! I really liked the loop of gathering and selling, and the risk of getting heavier by gathering more ores. The dash and double jump were very satisfying, the sound effects and music mashed well with the game's theme and the art for the ores specially looked great. 

Some toughts:

  • In the tutorial I didn't realize I had to confirm the ore to get it, so I ended up losing some ores because I mined many spaces in a row. 
  • After I had unlocked all upgrades, I felt little incentive to continue mining.

Thanks for the feedback! You’re right, the tutorial doesn’t explain the ore accept/reject mechanic — we’ll fix that. Upgrades are cheap and few because we designed the game to be played quickly during the jam. If we see it has potential after the jam, the game is very open to being expanded.
