For future reference, not everyone likes puzzles.
I got up to episode 2 part 2 and found that I could not skip the investigation.
So I quit and deleted the game.
I hate puzzles of any and all sorts, I wont even try to solve them. So since there was no option to skip I dont see why I should continue.

I saw no such option. But then It may have been because I hate puzzles so much that I immediately stopped thinking and just switched the whole thing off.

I meant puzzles of all sorts, even menus that are no where to be seen. Perhaps if a menu had popped up just before the puzzle had started which said 'Do you want to skip this puzzle?'.
You know maybe a menu like the ones you did for the relationship routes... a simple 'Yes/No' in the middle of the screen.
And I never saw any option clearly marked 'Give up''.
I assure you, I looked.
Of course I was raging at the time and puzzles have this effect on me where I just switch off my brain the moment I see them.
But I assure you if there was an option early on to switch off the puzzles, I would have employed it.
