In the library, you must climb up to memorize a code that you need to use on the garden.
On the laboratory, you must reveal the door code. To do that, you must enable the pipes through the right room.
On the clock room, you must repair the clock.
i dont know how to climb the library
You must move the box to the left library, then, start climbing while following the light from the lamps until you can clearly see the code :)
