Definitely a bit of a learning curve -- I was always scrambling to make more icings. Creative spin on the theme and fun to play (though whether olive oil is "lower quality" than sugar is... questionable :))

I did. Will admit that I got the oil/butter and sugar/pepper substitutions mixed up, hence my comment lol
Also, we're French, so we cannot even start to think about baking anything without butter! Ahah!
