Is all the vore fatal or is there safe vore/endosoma too?
Some fatal, some endo, some endo that can become fatal if asked
Is the fatal all fairly easily avoidable or nah?
It's easily avoidable for the most part. The game tends to give you multiple chances if you "fail" something. But there are also parts of the game where you have to trial and error your way through, which might lead to some fatal scenes.
I plan on adding fake game over on the first part of the game with checkpoints to retry. Some scenes later in the game can lead to tru game over tho
