The game is focused on MF sex. Playing a lesbian and trying to avoid MF sex is going to be impossible, and the lack of attraction to men will make that experience often unpleasant/harrowing.

If MF sex is unavoidable, what's the point in letting you choose to be a lesbian?
Lesbian = Hardcore mode. Not recommended, but if you want to, go for it. If you're only looking for FF sex, this isn't the game for you and it's never been advertised as such ;)
