To your second question, she's just (enthusiastically) hugging him :) If you watch for long enough, they settle into a more cozy snug.
Thanks, appreciated. :) Unfortunately as I'm unable to trigger Koubold's initial animation at the DiBS & Food shop, he won't move to the hub. :( Don't know what I'm doing wrong there, or if something has become corrupted in the game.
