The weirdo filmmaker Guy Maddin said the best way to narrate dreams is to report them like a newspaper headline. I feel like this expands on that formula and takes it to the next level by actually simulating the experience of what it is like to read in a dream.

The design was my insane attempt at the layout of the talmud (central text surrounded by various debating voices), and my desire to place adjacent competing thoughts near each other. It's what made sense to me!
