That is... a very starnge bug right there.
Basically you're missing a file that comes packaged with RPG Maker itself, so it not being there is all kinds of backwards.
Either way, here's the image file. Just put it in the game file following the path shows in the error.
If any more images are missing, please tell me so I can give you them. If there's too many, I might as well reupload the files with the images manually added lol
