Macos doesn let me open the game until I give it executable status using the terminal:

chmod +x Siegeturtle.app/Contents/MacOS/Siegeturtle

Then as usual on macos we can do the standard "Open anyway"

Thanks for the tip! I don't own a Mac so sadly it's difficult to bypass this on my end, but I hope this will help others :)
