The Google drive APK link says too many people are accessing it, and whenever I've ever tried to use mega, after it dycripfs it never downloads my file.

Google drive's error is exactly what it says. Download quota exceeded. Too many people have accessed it recently, so you have to wait a while before it becomes available again. It's just a limitation of the platform.
As for Mega, this is the first time I've seen a folder view in it (desktop browser, if that matters). But I discovered that you don't want to use the big, labeled "download" button at the top. When I used the zip option through it, it gave me both files, even though I only chose one. And after unzipping it, I got a nothing but a corrupted data file.
I found that you can instead click on the down-arrow icon in the toolbar, and it will give you just the file you want, clean. I still don't like the way it insists on going through a two-stage download, but at least I got it.
