No, I immediately reloaded the save and chose to remain loyal by not kissing Anne. The storyline I'm currently on is one of complete loyalty. As for the CG, I saw it in the CG collection, but I don't recall triggering that scene myself. It must have happened in another storyline. I was even tempted to refuse when Stella merely asked me to pet her head later
