That is not a good question. It is very ambiguous.
You wrote “this”, what version does that refer to? The latest published version you can see above on this web page, under the “Download” heading.
That version is not the latest in the sense of final version, the game development continues and next version is planned to be released in a weeks time. You can read about that by scrolling down, developer discussed this a week ago.
