Hello! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. A couple thoughts in return:
* The blank uncommon perk is not a bug, but the blank hints are. There should be less blank hints in the next update.
* That's a good point about the starting $ cards, they probably shouldn't cost more.
* Those are reasonable balance suggestions. Some of the "useless perks" I've seen put to good use by folks in our discord - keep experimenting! I agree that Make it Rain should be rare, it already is on my local version so that'll be pushed in the next update! ABC is definitely very good but it is that way on purpose.
* Agree with your assessments about the JERRY rules and promotions. Those are going to be reworked in the future.
