No, unfortunately this application requires far more processing power than a gameboy can produce :). I do know that there was one Bible reading application that was made for game boy: https://nintendo.fandom.com/wiki/King_James_Bible.

You could use an eBook reader for the gameboy like this one here: https://gbatemp.net/download/dan-cotters-ebook-advance.22900/, and then read a txt file of the Bible. I have a repo here: https://github.com/christislord12/kjv-txt-files with txt files of the KJV bible.
