Hello,

I wanna take my time to write a somewhat thoughtful review. Firstly, the premise of the game is great. The worldbuilding is nice, steady, though I do feel it's a bit slow. The characters look amazing, absolutely zero complaints there. The scenes so far are good, but echoing what many others have said, is quite lacking in H content.

Relationships are a main part of what you seem to be creating, and like I read in the comments do feel as if they're progressing too slow.

The game doesn't feel as clunky as many others, and reminds me of City Devil Restart (artstyle), which is a easy top 3 in this genre. Unlike what someone mentioned, I don't think too many female characters is an issue, but choices to select between them would be appreciated by many, even though I'd prolly just go after them all. The MC is fine, not my favorite but definitely not horrible, and him getting his ass kicked is completely normal for a story based game like this. Otherwise it'd be too easy. I would love more choices, just the ability to choose between dialouge (some which boost relationships some which hinders).

It does seem you're working solo on this project, and please do correct me if i'm wrong. Totally get the waittime, and I'll be camping out the release of the next chapter. Some people love to hate on everything imperfect, so this is me kinda pushing all the shit you get back. Great game dude, hopefully we have more to come, but definitely don't overwork lol. Best of luck

Dear hentaichicc,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and balanced review! I really appreciate your kind words about the character designs, worldbuilding, and art style - hearing that it reminds you of City Devil Restart is quite the compliment!

You're absolutely right about the pacing concerns. The reason behind the slower relationship development and world-building is actually quite simple - I initially planned this as a long-term project with a 3-4 year story outline, so there's a lot of content to cover. Combined with being a solo indie developer working full-time elsewhere, I can only develop during my spare time. The current 3-month update cycle is honestly my limit, and even then I often find myself scrambling near deadlines! I'll definitely try to accelerate both character relationship progression and world-building in future chapters.

Regarding meaningful choice branches - you've hit on something I struggle with. Currently, all my choices are designed not to affect the main content because I'm honestly intimidated by creating real branching narratives. Once you add true branches, you need additional story design and have to consider conflicts and bugs between different paths. Perhaps when I become a more experienced developer, I'll tackle substantial choice systems, but for now I'm still learning the craft.

Your idea about choices that can damage relationships is intriguing, though it would require careful consideration of consequences (like potentially removing characters from the main storyline).

As for choosing between female characters - that's definitely the plan! However, we're not yet at the point where MC can develop serious romantic relationships with any of the main girls. There can be intimacy, but not lifelong commitment or marriage (since that would bring our main story to a halt). In the current design, MC will gradually develop emotionally meaningful interactions with all the main characters, but dedicated romantic routes with individual endings will likely come after the main story concludes.

Regarding the H-content-related issues you and others have raised - we recently set up a Discord server where more detailed discussions on this topic and other development insights are shared. If you're interested in these discussions, feel free to join anytime!

Thanks again for your understanding about solo development. Your support means a lot!

With gratitude,
Bigh4nd

You're absolutely right, and I honestly failed to consider that. I assumed that you'd at least have a few other devs working on this project as the quality is amazing to say the least. Hopefully you gain more recognition, and along are able make some more money from your subs. If this is merely a hobby, I applaud you. Nonetheless thanks for a great game, and thank for the hard work.
