Can’t really say if the sporadic nature was planned by utilizing tuples/polyrhythms or if it is just played in that way. Nonetheless it is certainly an interesting element that also kind of gives it that unsure explorative feeling.
Only gripe so fare for me would be that I’m missing some high-end sparkle or some sounds that would convey me that icy feeling a bit more. But like Alex (the jams host) also mentioned for the theme, it should be used for the overall vibe and doesn’t have to fit with oceanic theming and what not. But it would have made it just that bit better for me.
