I moved the sell button to the left as you suggested, added in staff you can hire to start recipes for you and reduce clicks, and am still work shopping how the lower cost items could regain value in later gameplay. I am considering an R&D result that shuffles the sale prices so you need to figure out which one sells best all over again. But also possibly something more reward-based like special combos granting a multiplier.
