Virus and balloon check! For a Pico-8 game, I like that it’s simple and fun. I really love the mechanic of pumping the balloon first. My only gripe is that my finger got a bit tired after a while on the keyboard, 
not really used to that control style, so it got a bit skimpy after a few minutes of play.
