Self-explanatory. Touhou has a really open policy around the creation of fangames so I'm wondering if it'd be allowed for this.

Itch.io has fangames all over it, and this jam doesn't even say anything about copyright or whatever. In fact it clearly says that pre-existing things are allowed :)
