I had to leave a comment after browsing your Tumbr and Bluesky trough considering how much an additional backround information there were, and oh boy, I were entertained for a day. As for the game itself, the game hits many boxes for queer players with the kinks included. It's an excellent that choice you've written up variety of backstories and opposites with their personalities. Though, during on the first chapter the "choosing" the main character storyline happens during the singular choice while taking the trash out feels tad bit of simplified. Possibly, having an additional short scene or two with each character while possibility shift choice; by this meaning player could have Mori's story, but would like to instead go with Amir or Akello as an example, while getting to know more of the characters during the chapter. That would create a bit more dynamic and possible interaction between the other main characters. I am strictly commenting the first chapter and what type of chances would make it more natural feeling. These are just my thoughts and you are more than welcome to dismiss considering the game is one developer's show mostly and it must be very time consuming make any considerable chances to the script.
And as for bad protagonist Raath, the one dynamic piqued personal interest is Raath's relationship with Marcel. Obviously Akello's fight the baddie have shifted Marcel's view about Raath, but I think there would be prospective side to be researched about the two's relationship. Raath has respect to Marcel. Does Marcel still any type of respect for Raath when he protected him during the a half-year Akello was gone, even though Raath has manifested to be himself a dangerous foe? How seriously he would go after Marcel trying months getting him to do demon deal? Otherwise, go nuts with Raath. Do a lot of causality in his backstory why he's like this now. And what would be even some actions of brutality that Raath would lift his eyebrows? This took while to write.
Ending on personal note; these type of romance novels have become a small personal sin of mine. And will probably write more when more thoughts happens about the other characters. Have a nice day.
