i can't play the game at all. Once I click new game, it crashes. I even tried the trouble shoot you provided and it wasn 't enough
Try to go to the game's files, and find the executable that has something like (shipping, 64) and launch that instead of the shortcut of the game, and do the steps I gave. Hopefully it'll work for you
