I enjoyed the camera work, the visuals and the music. It could be more game-like by having a bigger city, so you can choose different interesting spots, and being able to have a few "nukes" before resetting the world.
Glad you enjoyed it, I might put in a bit of extra work after the Jam to make this into more of a game like a few people have been saying. Some great ideas from everyone. Also looking forward to playing Captain Ink ☺️
