Hello! Thanks for your comment. It's a known bug that sometimes occurs. It's caused by the game engine, Visual Novel Maker (which has since been abandoned), so unfortunately, I can't do anything if that happened to you. I can only apologize and advise you to skip the puzzle and continue with the narrative.
