I tried the game. The lack of music and sfx except a swing made it quite awkward. No option to gain health or making the combat more interesting with abilities or different attacks. Hitting enemies with lack of visual response except felt bad. There was no visual indication of hitting a body only lowering the health bar.
Of course these all things are kinda irrelevant since the theme was 'you are food' not 'there is food'. Nice try but could be much better.
