I didn't realise that platforms disappeared in sync with the music so I died a lot but that's on me haha Such a cool idea with this, I loved it once I realised what was happening.
Super cute little platformer, I had a lot of fun with it. And it's super nice to see a Pico-8 game on here! I'm very happy that there were checkpoints, I think they were very well placed.
The background music is so fitting and simple, it really sounds like bees buzzing, though I wish it was a bit more varied or longer maybe while keeping the beat, but I also understand it was a game jam, so the focus was on the game itself, which was more important. The controls are amazing so you did a great job!
I'd love to play a longer version, I love platformers and your game is super fun :D
